Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: We work with trusted suppliers in the U.S. to bring you curated outdoor items. We always aim to provide realistic shipping estimates and tracking updates.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days from the order date, depending on the item and your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way!


Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We want you to love your items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. At this time, we are not able to accept general returns or exchanges due to our drop-shipped model. Please refer to our full Return Policy for more details.


Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Oh no! Please email us right away at meadowlarkbackyard@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve it and send a replacement if needed.


Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous U.S. 


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change something, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, it may already be in processing or transit.


Q: Do you offer gift options?
A: Many of our items make wonderful gifts! While we don’t offer gift wrapping, you can always ship directly to a loved one. 


Q: Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
A: Many of our suppliers use eco-conscious materials, and we prioritize products that are both functional and gentle on the planet. Look for eco-friendly notes in individual product descriptions.
